Since my time at The Maryland Institute College of Art my focus has been mixed media paintings.

Having grown up in and around cities, I noticed the textures of the environment and how people and the weather affected them. I often observed walls made of different materials, covered in layers of advertisements and graffiti, and eroded by the elements. My paintings focus on texture, color, form, and materials. I use a variety of processes in my work, and I frequently incorporate recycled or upcycled materials.
